Three 1 on 1 Discovery Sessions
Together we will work through my human-centered framework to unlock your brand superpowers, uncover where your product or service can make the most impact, and bring your business to life with sincere messaging.
We will get to know your clients and customers so that we can meet them where they are, empathize with them and create specialized offers and content that makes them feel seen.
Lastly, we will identify ways that make sense for you to grow brand awareness and increase revenue. This process is all about finding ways for you to reach more people and offer them solutions that make their world better, creating a win-win for both you and your customer.
Visual Brand identity
Using the information from your discovery Session, we will create an empathy graph that will reflect a day in the life of your customer. This helps us further understand them and gives us a bigger window into their daily lives.
We will also create a mood board that will help us identify a clear direction for your visuals. This helps us have a shared language for your brand.
We go one step further to create a Stylescape, which is an in-depth board with images, typography, and messaging which serves as a roadmap for your brand’s visual identity. Everything that goes onto this board has a reason to be there. We refine and edit until we get it just right. We draw from our strategy session to create connections with your future customers while balancing your style.
Once the Stylescape is finalized it’s time to create your logo, your secondary logo, and your brand style guide. People always want to create their logo before they do anything else but laying the groundwork first will save you the hassle of redesigning it a year from now.
Website + Copywriting
Once we have the visual identity down along with the messaging, we create custom Website Copy using your brand voice.
We then take everything we have created and create your website design using Squarespace.
On-going Support
On-going support. We have a one-month follow-up call to discuss what’s working and what’s not and brainstorm on what we can do to move you closer to your goals. Then we do it again 2 months later.
Having a clear brand strategy will give you the confidence to show up and tell everyone what you do and how you can help.

No, it’s important to me that you have 100% ownership of your site. So, I will design your site in Squarespace first. Then when it is time for hand-off, I will transfer the site to you. You will then make a payment directly to Squarespace and make the site Live!

Yes, I will always be your point of contact. I will be the one working with you throughout the strategy process. My goal is always to provide the best experience and service for you. Because of this, I do bring in outside designers and copywriters on some projects, but I will still be your point of contact.

The strategy is all about you and your ideas. I show up as a facilitator to help you connect the dots and offer new ways of approaching or thinking about things. Because you are part of the strategy process, if something doesn’t feel aligned while we go through the process, you say so, and we course correct. The designs that we create for you will be using the information from the strategy session, and we will work together to ensure it meets your goals.

I recommend that you work with a photographer to have branded images taken. Original photos will create a more bespoke experience and feel for your customers. However, I know that this might not always be possible. In cases where you do not have your images, we can use a combination of free photos from Unsplash and Paid images from Shutterstock.
